A great user experience can be your unique selling point

Alexis Ohanian, cofounder at Reddit, “the front page of the Internet”, reveals one simple step to find an unlimited amount of business ideas.

1. Every time you’re online and find a website with a terrible user experience, write it down.

2. Identify the simplest core problem that the site is trying to solve, draft up a simple prototype that demonstrates how you would address this simple problem only – don’t include anything else.

3. Test out the simple prototype with some strangers to get feedback on it.
