A strong culture pays off in long term growth

1. Make sure your culture's core values are fixed and are the rules that you hire and fire by.

2. When interviewing potential hires ask yourself – If I could hire anyone in the world, would I hire this person?

3. Always ask yourself if the people in your company are fully aligning with these core values.
