Brian Chesky, founder at room renting giant Airbnb, talks about the various techniques he implemented to shape and form the culture at Airbnb.







Task

1. Make sure your culture is designed from the beginning – your core values cannot change.

2. Have 3-6 core values that are unique about your company. Make sure they're written down before you hire anyone.

3. Make sure you don't hire anyone that doesn't align completely with your core values – you want a diversity of backgrounds, not values.
