Branding – communicate your culture to the outside world

Brian Chesky, founder at room renting giant Airbnb, talks about connecting your culture to your users through branding giving examples of how Airbnb did this.


1. Analyse all of your connections to your users, every page of your website, your social media presence, your product, and ask yourself if your culture is conveyed in all of these places.

2. Make sure your mission is clearly stated in all of the locations that your users visit most.
