Final preparation before making a hiring offer

Jack Groetzinger, founder of the largest online ticket seller SeatGeek, covers the final steps to take before making someone a hire offer.

1. Think of a list of 10 words to do a word association with when contacting a hire's references.

2. Create a list of questions to ask references such as; what were their weaknesses? What were they paid? Why did they leave?

3. Determine your own budget for salaries for hires as well as perk you can offer.
