Fundraising without having a validated product

Ron Conway, founder at venture capital firm SV Angel, and Marc Andreessen, founder of early browser company Netscape and venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, talk about what kind of startups they invest in that don't have a validated product.

Task

If you don't have a proven product you need to be prepared to:

1. Find a cofounder with a proven track record at making investors money and ideally lots of experience in the sector.

2. Get a lower valuation, and thus give away more equity for a given amount of funds.
