How to adapt your hiring processes as you grow

1. Make each of your teams like a mini-startup, you want to hire a leader, community manager, designer, writer, marketer etc. for each team.
2. Hire an experienced hiring manager as on of your first ~ 20 employees.
3. As you scale, you can invest in people with potential over immediate effectiveness more.
