How to close the user knowledge gap

Kevin Hale, founder at online form building site Wufoo, talks about the knowledge gap your customers have between what they know, and what you want them to know to properly use your product, and then talks about techniques to close that gap.

1. Write down all of the knowledge that your users will need in order to fully use your product.

2. Create help tools that will ensure that any users can get to this level of knowledge such as frequently asked question sections, tooltips, help links and other internal tools.

Discuss the lesson content, ask the community questions about how to apply it to your startup and give advice to others.
