Adora Cheung, founder of on demand cleaning service Homejoy covers effective ways to get feedback from your users, and how to put emphasis on quantitative numbers.

Collect customer feedback on your idea by:

1. Having a feedback email address on any prototype websites you make.

2. Conducting interviews with your potential market – find out quantitative numbers for how much they enjoy your product, and for how likely they are to recommend this site to others.

3. Have a proper conversation with them, ask “Why” a lot.

Discuss the lesson content, ask the community questions about how to apply it to your startup and give advice to others.
