What investors wish founders did differently when raising money

Marc Andreessen, founder of early browser company Netscape and venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, and Ron Conway, founder at venture capital firm SV Angel, talk about the different risks that founders should identify and tackle when trying to raise funds.


1. Make sure you have identified as many risks as you possibly can – team risk, revenue risk, cost of sale risk, viral growth risk, etc.

2. Make a list of how each of these risks will be solved and at what investment stage this will occur.
